I started making photos when an old compact digital Olympus camera of my father arrived in my hands when I was 15 years old. One year later, I started to cover some national races at the Circuit de Catalunya, that will soon become my second home.
I spend days and days shooting at this track, in all the possible competitions, this hobbie started to be a reality when I began studying Photography and Digital Creation at UPC (Universitat Politecnica de Barcelona) in 2012.

Bit after bit I started working for some media and agencies, going to the F1 winter tests in Spain tracks, when in 2014 I covered my first GPs in Spain and Italy. This same year I also started doing other sports like football or basketball in FC Barcelona in a more professional way.

Now I’m in my last year of university and meanwhile, I’m working as a freelance photographer, especially in motorsport photography.

Sometimes, the circuit variations that F1 doesn’t use allows to create different images and create great compositions. Here I use as foreground the track variation that was used by DTM years ago, to create this imaginary sequence of curves. Standing out kerbs and asphalt colours in contrast with the grass and gravel to get a visual path through the image.
I made this image with a Canon 6D, and a Canon 70-200mm f2.8 lens at 170mm focal distance, the shutter speed was 1/4000 second at f2 and ISO 100. During the Formula One winter tests on March of 2016, at the Circuit de Barcelona - Catalunya, Spain.
